OVERVIEW
Being the Potong ice confectionery leader in the Malaysian market, King’s Potong enter the digital space by appointing us to start the Facebook Page and Instagram profile for The Original Potong in order to engage with new and younger groups of audiences.
Today, King’s Potong has the strongest online presence on the Internet among its competitors with large fanbase on Facebook and Instagram. We successfully made King’s Potong a relevant household name in the age of novelty.
STRATEGY
With the brand position of being “nostalgic" in mind, we re-engineered the way of presenting King’s Potong to the public by enhancing its image to suit the taste in the modern era while retaining the central brand message appeals to the long-time customers.
Apart from the general posts, we had multiple exceptional online contests with truly outstanding results that brought the brand to the next level of recognition. Nonetheless, we utilised Facebook and Instagram to do shoutout for the on-ground activities to drive the overall brand awareness and reaching more potential consumers.
